1.Position: Treasures Relationship Manager
Department: Sales & Distribution- Consumer Banking

Responsibilities

Prospect new businesses and promote full-range of banking and wealth management products / services
Maintain long-term relationship with our core segment customers
Provide quality services and professional advice to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs

Requirements

Bachelor degree Holder
Minimum 3-4 years sales experience with proven track record in financial service industry
Good understanding of local banking regulations & competitors practice
Good interpersonal communication skills with good verbal & written skills specified
Fluent Mandarin and English
Ambitious & result-oriented

2.Position: Treasures Associate
Department: Sales & Distribution- Consumer Banking

Responsibilities

Explore, identify potential customers and acquire affluent new-to-bank customers.
Conduct telemarketing calls and outreach sales activities such as road shows to help grow customer base.
Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries.
Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition goals.
Cooperate with branch staff and marketing department to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

Degree holder with 1-2 years sales experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
In-depth knowledge of retail banking products & local banking regulations are preferred.
Effectively bilingual in both Mandarin & English with proficiency in local dialect.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing & aggressive with the ability to work under pressure.

3.Position: Customer Service Manager
Department: Operations - Consumer Banking

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager to oversee customer services and counter operations of the branch
Manage the overall staff & branch administration and ensure staff adherence to internal / external regulatory requirements
Assist Branch Manager in staff recruitment, resources planning and license management
Process, check and approve banking transactions in accordance with the delegation of authority, and ensure the transactions are correct and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

Degree holder or equivalent
Possess 7 years¡¯ relevant experience in branch operations of Consumer Banking, of which 3 years at managerial level
Relevant experience in local Chinese banks is preferred
Familiar with branch operations and local regulatory requirements
Possess relevant licenses (»á¼ÆÉϸÚÖ¤, ·´¼Ù±ÒÉϸÚ×ʸñÖ¤) is an advantage
Customer-oriented, good leadership, communication and problem solving skills

4.Position: Associate to AVP, Treasury Sales Manager
Department: CIIP - Consumer Banking

Responsibilities

¡¤ Take in-bound and make out-bound calls to customers and branch sales to execute the FX & CLI transactions accurately and give market updates to customers
¡¤ Perform daily FX & CLI and related operation work and call monitoring
¡¤ Prepare briefing and training materials
¡¤ Work with the sales team to deliver the set objectives and revenue targets
¡¤ Implement sales activities and conduct prudent KYC policy in acquiring FX related customers, fulfilling internal and external regulatory requirement
¡¤ Assist CIIP in FX related matters in their respective branches
¡¤ Comply with physical and information security standards

Requirements

¡¤ At least 5 years experience in banks and with 3 years solid sales experience in foreign banks related to FX and CLI investment business
¡¤ Possess excellent knowledge of FX and Treasury markets trends and competitive activities and be able to react and identify opportunities in response to the changing landscape
¡¤ Good communication and problem solving skill
¡¤ Fluent in both English and Chinese writing and speaking is a MUST

5.Position: Insurance Specialist / Senior Insurance Specialist
Department: CIIP

Responsibilities

Identify basic needs of customers and sell protection insurance products upon RM and TA referral in branches
Maintain and manage good customer experience by delivering high quality services
Participate various branch initiatives, including seminars and campaigns, to maximize insurance coverage and penetration
Package products into wealth management solutions
Follow strictly Bank policies and procedures and be fully compliant

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above
Sound knowledge of insurance related laws and insurance products & financial market and investment products is an advantage
Experiences in 3 - 5 years Life insurance sales, Bancassurance experiences is a MUST, Telemarketing and group channel related experiences & banking experiences preferred, and Insurance training experiences preferred
Self-motivated, a good team player, high integrity and excellent communication and sales skills
Willing to overtime that are in line with business needs

6.Position: Teller
Department: Operations - Consumer Banking

Responsibilities
